Seconds and minutes to move a file at a given megabit rate.

Use this calculator for a download or an upload when you know the file size in megabytes and the link speed in megabits per second.
Seconds = (size in MB × 8) / Mbps, because there are 8 megabits in a megabyte. 800 MB at 20 Mbps is 320 seconds (5.33 minutes). Overhead, Wi-Fi contention, and the other side's disk are ignored. Decimal MB (10⁶ bytes) is used, not mebibytes. The same formula is upload if the rate is the upload rate.
Size (MB): File size in megabytes.
Rate (Mbps): Link speed in megabits per second, not zero.
Seconds / minutes: Transfer time.
