Great-circle kilometres or miles between two WGS84 latitude/longitude points.

Use this calculator for a straight-line distance between two places on Earth, not a driving route.
The haversine formula uses a sphere of radius 6 371 km. Milan to Rome is about 477 km. The result is in kilometres (km) unless you have no distance unit to pick from on this form, in which case it stays in km. Roads, terrain, and the WGS84 ellipsoid are ignored. Antipodes are allowed; accuracy near the poles is a sketch.
Lat 1 / Lon 1: Latitude and longitude of the first point, in degrees. North and east are positive.
Lat 2 / Lon 2: Second point, same convention.
Distance: Great-circle length.
