Estimate the loaded cost of a meeting from headcount, hourly rate, and length.
| Cost | – |
Use this to put a cash number on a recurring stand-up or a review. Cost = people × hourly rate × hours. Six people at 45 per hour for one hour is 270. Use a fully loaded rate (salary, tax, overhead) if you have one. This is not a productivity score, only the cash clock.
People: How many people are in the room.
Rate per hour: Average cost per person per hour.
Hours: Length of the meeting, in hours. 0.5 is 30 minutes.
Cost: People × rate × hours.
