Use this when job ads mix hourly and annual numbers. It is a conversion, not a tax calculator; overtime is a separate page.
If the amount is under 200 it is treated as hourly and multiplied by hours per week × weeks per year. If it is 200 or more it is treated as annual pay. Hourly = annual ÷ (hours × weeks). Monthly = annual ÷ 12. Amounts are in your currency.
Hourly or annual: Hourly wage if it looks small (under 200), otherwise yearly salary.
Hours / week: Hours you work in a typical week.
Weeks / year: Paid weeks in a year, often 52 (or 48 if unpaid vacation).
Hourly: Implied wage per hour.
Annual: Implied yearly pay.
Monthly: Annual divided by 12.
