Use this to fit a talk to a slot. Minutes = words ÷ WPM. 1200 words at 130 WPM is about 9.2 minutes. Presentations run slower than conversation (often 110–150 WPM). Slides, pauses, and Q&A are extra.
Words: Words in the script.
WPM: Speaking rate in words per minute. Must be greater than zero.
Minutes: Time at that rate.
