Use this when a forecast, a recipe, or a lab note mixed Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin. Type the temperature, pick the scale it is already on, then pick the scale you want.
The value is first brought to Celsius, then to the requested scale. Formulas: °F = °C × 9/5 + 32; K = °C + 273.15. Kelvin is an absolute scale (0 K is absolute zero). This converts a temperature reading, not a temperature difference (a 10 °C rise is an 18 °F rise, which this tool does not special-case).
Value: The temperature number, without the degree sign.
