Use this for payroll, a timesheet, or a spreadsheet that wants 7.5 not 7:30. Decimal hours = hours + minutes ÷ 60. Seconds are ignored. Negative durations are not handled. Minutes can be over 59 (90 minutes is 1.5 hours on top of the hour field).
Hours: Whole hours.
Minutes: Minutes to add.
Decimal hours: Combined time in decimal hours.
