Classify small, medium, or large frame from the height-to-wrist circumference ratio.
| Height / wrist | – |
| Frame | – |
Use this calculator for the usual insurance-chart leftover: frame = height ÷ wrist, both in the same length unit. A ratio above 10.4 is small, 9.6–10.4 medium, and below 9.6 large. The cut-offs are crude and were published as centimetre ratios; they still hold if both measurements use the same unit.
Height and wrist can be entered in centimetres (cm) or inches (in).
Height: Standing height, in cm or in.
Wrist: Wrist circumference on the dominant side, in cm or in.
Height / wrist: Dimensionless ratio.
Frame: Small, medium, or large.
