Use this calculator for CrCl = (140 − age) × kg / (72 × Scr) × 0.85 if female, with creatinine in mg/dl. Use adjusted body weight if your protocol says so. Drug labels still quote this more than CKD-EPI. This is not an eGFR in ml/min/1.73 m².
Weight can be entered in kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb).
Sex: Female multiplies by 0.85.
Age: Age in years.
Weight: Weight the protocol wants (often actual or AjBW), in kg or lb.
Creatinine: Serum creatinine, mg/dl.
CrCl: Creatinine clearance, ml/min.
