Use this calculator when you have a rectangular patch and a fill depth and need the volume in several units.
Volume (m³) = length × width × (depth ÷ 100). Cubic yards = volume ÷ 0.764554858. Litres = volume × 1000. Length and width can be entered in metres (m) or feet (ft); depth in centimetres (cm) or inches (in). Litres can display as gallons (gal).
This is a geometric fill. It does not add compaction or waste.
Length: Long side, in m or ft.
Width: Short side, in m or ft.
Depth: Layer thickness, in cm or in.
Volume (m³): Volume in cubic metres.
Volume (yd³): Same volume in cubic yards.
