Use this calculator for the 2021 CKD-EPI creatinine equation. Serum creatinine is in mg/dl. Sex chooses κ (0.7 women, 0.9 men) and α (−0.241 women, −0.302 men), then GFR = 142 × min(Scr/κ, 1)^α × max(Scr/κ, 1)^−1.2 × 0.9938^age, times 1.012 if female. Pediatric GFR is Schwartz, a different page. Cystatin equations are not here. This is not a staging visit by itself.
