Passenger: Passenger in a car for an hour.
Afternoon lie-down: Lying down in the afternoon.
Talking: Sitting and talking.
After lunch: After lunch without alcohol.
Traffic stop: In a car, stopped in traffic.
ESS total: Sum of the eight items (0–24).
