Turn 5 ft 10 in into total inches and centimetres, or split a total-inch figure back into feet and leftover inches.
| Feet | – |
| Leftover inches | – |
| Total inches | – |
| cm | – |
Use this for height, lumber, and tape-measure notes that mix feet-and-inches with a single inch total. Choose From, then fill either the pair or the total-inches box.
Pair mode is feet × 12 + inches. Inch mode uses the total-inches box. Output also includes centimetres (1 in = 2.54 cm). This is US customary length, not a shoe size.
Feet: Whole feet, when you start from a pair (e.g. 5 in 5′10″).
Inches: The leftover inches on top of those feet (e.g. 10).
Total inches: A single length in inches, when From is total inches.
From: Pair if you typed feet and inches; inches if you typed one total.
cm: The same length in centimetres.
