Use this calculator on a mill, lathe, or punch. Pick the mode, then fill a, b, and c as that mode names them. All three must be positive even if a mode ignores c.
MRR: result = feed (mm/min) × width (mm) × depth (mm) / 1000 → cm³/min. Spindle: rpm = 1000 × Vc (m/min) / (π × D mm); c is unused, type 1. Punch: force (N) = perimeter (mm) × thickness (mm) × shear (MPa). There is no unit picker on a, b, or c because the units change with the mode.
