Use this calculator for NLR = neutrophils ÷ lymphocytes. Enter absolute counts in the same units (for example ×10⁹/L). Do not mix a percentage with an absolute count. NLR is a research ratio used in many papers; it is not a diagnosis. Type the absolute figures from the differential, not WBC × %.
Neutrophils: Absolute neutrophil count.
Lymphocytes: Absolute lymphocyte count.
NLR: Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio.
