Use this calculator for RR = 60 ÷ heart rate (seconds), then Bazett QTc = QT ÷ √RR and Fridericia QTc = QT ÷ RR^(1/3), with QT first converted from milliseconds to seconds and the results shown back in ms. Bazett over-corrects at high rates; Fridericia is often preferred then. This is not an ECG reading and not a drug-list check.
