About this calculator

Use this calculator for the Wells PE score: clinical DVT signs 3, PE more likely than alternatives 3, heart rate over 100 1.5, immobilisation or surgery in four weeks 1.5, prior DVT or PE 1.5, haemoptysis 1, active malignancy 1. Two-tier cut-off is often 4 (PE unlikely vs likely). PERC and revised Geneva are different checklists; they are not cloned here. This is not a CT pulmonary angiogram.
